Double Choc Fun
6 chocolate muffins
Ingrediants
1 liter chocolate mousse
250 ml cream
Cocoa for decoration
Fresh cherries or berries to decorate
Instructions
Cut each muffin into three layers.
Place the bottom layer on a plate and top with chocolate mousse.
Repeat with second layer.
Place top part of muffin on the second layer of chocolate mousse and top with some whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
Decorate with fresh cherries or berries.
